Terms of Service

By creating a Workan.Space workspace you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using the service

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must use the platform lawfully and not attempt to access other tenants’ data. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication for every account.

Creating a workspace

Workspace registration may be open or closed at any given time. While it is closed, new workspaces cannot be created, and the registration page says so. Closing registration does not affect existing workspaces.

Your customers’ data

You decide what personal data about your own customers goes into your workspace, and you are responsible for having the right to use it. For that data you are the controller and Workan.Space is your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement at /dpa, which forms part of these terms. Your workspace data stays yours: you can ask support for an export of it at any time and ask for it to be erased, as described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Billing

New workspaces begin with a free trial (14 days unless we tell you otherwise); no payment details are required to start one. After the trial, paid plans are billed at the price shown when you chose your plan. Payment is made offline — by bank transfer, PalPay, JawwalPay or cash — and your access is extended once we record the payment against your workspace. Because offline payments take time to clear, access continues for a short grace period (7 days) after a billing period ends. If no payment is recorded after that, the workspace becomes read-only: you keep access to your data and can still request an export, but changes are paused until payment is recorded. Your own bookings, payments, refunds and voids are recorded in an immutable double-entry ledger.

Plan limits

Each plan includes limits on workspaces, team members and bookings per month; a plan with no limit for an item is unlimited for it. When a limit is reached, existing data stays fully available and readable; only creating additional items is blocked until you upgrade or free up capacity. Your current usage against each limit is always visible in Billing.

Our access to your workspace

Our platform staff do not browse your workspace. They can act inside it only through a time-boxed impersonation session, for example to resolve a support request. Each session is limited in time, is refused for suspended workspaces, and is recorded in our platform audit log when it starts, with its expiry, and when it is ended. Our staff accounts require two-factor authentication.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; ask support for an export of your data first, because erasing a workspace is permanent once its notice period ends. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update this page and tell workspace owners before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
